Rainbow Bridge offers 7 Day a Week on-call pickup services*, private and communal cremations, personalized urns, a comfortable waiting room where you can wait for your pet’s remains, and tender loving care.

Private Cremation
Your pet is cremated alone, never with other animals, ensuring their cremains are returned exclusively to you.
Private cremation includes:
• Home or veterinary clinic pick-up (additional fee if outside local area)
• Unique stainless steel ID tracking system
• Complimentary select urn
• Certificate of Cremation with tag number
• Personalized framed Rainbow Bridge poem with your pet’s name and photo
• Clipping of fur in a laminated pouch
• Private waiting room use if desired
• Beautiful return bag with tissue presentation
• Approximate 3–4 day turnaround

For families who wish to witness the cremation, arrangements can be made for a small additional fee.

Communal Cremation
In a communal cremation, pets are respectfully cremated in a group setting.
This option includes:
• Pick-up from home or veterinary clinic (additional fee if outside local area)
• Professional and respectful handling
• Dignified final disposition
Cremains are not returned to the family, making this a more modestly priced option while maintaining the highest level of care and respect.

Police & Fire K-9 Cremation
We provide dignified private cremation services for Police and Fire K-9s who have faithfully served their communities. Each K-9 is cremated individually with secure identification tracking, confidential handling, and the highest level of professional respect.
Service Includes:
• Exclusive private cremation (never with other animals)
• Secure stainless steel ID tracking throughout the entire process
• Priority and confidential pickup from department, home, or clinic
• Certificate of Cremation with identification number
• Professional and timely return of cremains

How It Works
Our Process
Respectful Transportation & Identification
Your pet is privately transported from your home or veterinary clinic using a professional vehicle operated only by Rainbow Bridge owners or staff.
Upon arrival, your pet is carefully entered into our secure identification and tracking system, with a numbered stainless steel ID tag and documentation that follows them through the entire process.
Private & Dignified Cremation
Your pet is cremated using specialized cremation equipment designed specifically for animals.
Families may attend and witness the cremation process if they wish.
Throughout the process, the ID tag and paperwork remain with your pet, ensuring complete accuracy, integrity, and respect for your beloved.
Personal Return of Cremains
Your pet’s cremains are carefully processed and placed in your selected urn or keepsake.
If you attend the cremation, cremains can be returned the same day. Otherwise, they are typically ready within 3–4 days.
For families who prefer delivery, Liz or Eric personally return your pet’s cremains to your home or clinic, or you may pick them up directly at the crematory.
